If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your unworn, unused item(s) with tags still attached in 30 days of the ship date for a full refund to the original credit card. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. Defective items or incorrect shipments will be replaced without any further charges.
You can exchange unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date. Product should be in original packaging with tags still attached.
You will be responsible for shipping charges, (including tax, if applicable) to our facility. However, we will pay shipping on the requested replacement items sent back to you.
We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
Please allow 7 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
A one-time item price adjustment will be honored if we are notified within 10 days of the order shipment date. The refund will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.
